The Cathedral of Havana is an important Baroque building located in the Cathedral Square in Old Havana. It was built between 1748 and 1777 and is dedicated to the Virgin Mary under the title of the Immaculate Conception. Notable for its limestone façade, two symmetrical towers, and an interior adorned with altars and religious artworks, it remains an active place of worship. The cathedral is a historical and cultural symbol of Cuba and one of the city's main tourist attractions.
